Description
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee accounting practices and maintenance of fiscal records
- Lead the development of long-term strategic financial plans
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports
- Oversee audit and tax functions
- Coordinate financial planning and strategy development
- Supervise accounting staff and provide training and development
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations
