The Company

A multi-award winning business in Thame who partner with well known brands and who continue to make their mark in their industry. We have an exciting opportunity to join their busy team as a Journey Planner. As a business, they actively encourage development and can offer career progression.

The Role

This role is pivotal to the successful running of the day to day operations of the business and requires someone who enjoys a fast paced, busy, detail orientated role. You will be working within their biggest branded client account, providing weekly plans for the team out in the field. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate administrative, data and operational support to the account management teams via the systems provided - CACI (training given) and Excel.
  • Prepare journey plans for the field team ensuring they have all details needed for their week.
  • Use correct communication methods to provide data to the business and clients.
  • To undertake additional tasks and projects where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience with journey planning/territory planning and who is able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’. However, if you don’t have any planning experience, but can use Excel to a high standard and are willing to learn, we’d also love to hear from you! Graduates also welcome to apply.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Able to question when something doesn't look right.
  • Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels.
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail.
  • Enjoys a busy role that is heavily data focussed.
  • Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.

The Package

  • Salary £25,000pa plus bonus scheme and good benefits.
  • Hybrid working once up and running, operating a 3/2 model.
