Patient Co-Ordinator required for this established Aesthetic clinic in the Thame area.Our client is a highly reputable clinic offering a wide range of cutting edge aesthetic and beauty treatments. This forward thinking business are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a highly motivated Patient Co-Ordinator to assume responsibility for the daily operations or the site. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Optimising and consistently developing the patient journey
  • Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling and conversions
  • Managing the team against KPIs
  • Achieving clinic commercial targets and operational budgets
  • Assisting with team development and progression through personal development plans
  • Adding value to the business through social media marketing
  • Maintaining exceptional operational standards
 Candidates will benefit from excellent training and development opportunities and some great bonuses and benefits. Experience of managing teams in an operational environment is essential along with a history of achieving commercial targets. Backgrounds in leisure, retail or hospitality would be ideal. Package £30-32k 30-40 hours considered Parking available. Must be able to work 5 out of 6 days including some Saturdays and occasional evenings.
