My client, based near Thame is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Order taking and processing.
- Liaising with yard staff for loading/unloading outgoing and incoming orders.
- Assisting collection of orders by customers.
- General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.
To be successful in this Sales Admin Assistant role you will have:
- Excellent communication skills with experience in a sales office and a good level of numeracy.
- Previous experience with the building trade and a background in sales administration desired although not essential as training will be given.
- This role will suit someone who likes to be busy and is happy working in a sales office within an industrial space.
- Own transport required due to location.
Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch.
22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
£26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
