My Thame based client is looking to recruit a Van Driver.
This role is based in the transport yard / warehouse.
- You will be required to work across various activities to support the Transport Manager particularly with van driving (3.5t vehicles)
- You will need to be flexible, willing to adapt, learn and also be comfortable working in a transport/warehouse environment.
- You responsibilities/ duties will include vehicle loading and unloading using a forklift.
- Collect and deliver to assigned locations in a timely manner.
- Dealing with customers on a face to face basis in a friendly manner.
- Ability to work on your own and manage your delivery route.
To be successful in this role you will have
- You must have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence and have a Full and Clean driving licence.
45 hours per week Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) Contracted overtime Saturday mornings 5am - 11am Once per month.
Salary from 28,500 DOE, 22 days holiday, uniform, training.
