Our well-established client in Thame is looking for a Technical Incident Manager who would be responsible for authorising claims.

  • This fast paced and exciting role includes working closely with customers, dealers and repairers to ensure all enquiries are quickly handled, and costings are kept within agreed terms.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Be able to work independently within a team
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude for discussing complex issues with end users.
  • An excellent technical knowledge of motor vehicles is essential, with French language skills desired.
