Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be a key member of the Operations team. You will be responsible for the receiving and dispatching of all goods whilst maintaining accuracy and traceability in line with the companies Quality Assurance Manual.

Key Responsibilities

  • To receive in all goods and allocate batch numbers.
  • To liaise with Suppliers/Warehouse Manager regarding lack of documentation or certification.
  • To verify the quantities and condition of goods received.
  • Pick components accurately against job sheet to issue to production for manufacture.
  • Packing and loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.
  • Packing goods for despatch.
  • Maintain accurate stock records.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Relief driver as and when required to cover holiday/sickness.
  • Observe good Health and Safety practices.
  • Support the Operations Department in completing any other duties which may be required from time to time.

Skills & Experience

  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team

Working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5pm with an early finish on Fridays

Salary 26K depending on experience.
