Committed to excellence, integrity, and teamwork, the firm prides itself on delivering outstanding legal services.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a full caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. They will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and re-mortgaging, ensuring all legal, financial, and contractual matters are handled efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and smooth completions
  • Preparing contracts, supporting documents, and reviewing title and mortgage conditions
  • Handling transfers of equity, remortgages, bridging finance, new builds, shared ownership leases, and declarations of trust
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensuring all post-completion formalities are concluded accurately

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4-5 years' experience (minimum 2 years as a Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Strong legal knowledge of the conveyancing process, leasehold properties, and corporate clients
  • Experience handling buy-to-let portfolios and high-volume transactions
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong commercial awareness
