My client based in Thame is seeking an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee daily transport and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent vehicle routing knowledge, and a hands-on approach to managing fleet and driver performance.
Candidates must have a Transport Managers CPC, HGV Licence, Forklift Licence, and supervisory experience in logistics.
The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for varying hours based on routing requirements.

My client based in Thame is looking for an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee daily transport and logistics operations. Working across the Warehouse, yard and Transport Office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of vehicle routing, and a hands-on approach to managing fleet and driver performance.

Skills Required

Competent in all Microsoft packages
Ability to work under pressure
keen to work as part of a team
have strong leadership skills

Qualifications Required

Transport Managers CPC
HGV Licence
Forklift Licence
Supervisory experience in logistics

Monday - Friday 45 hours per week 08.00 - 18.00 (hours may vary depending on routing requirements)

£30,000- £36,000 per annum (DOE & qualifications)

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Uniform provided,EAP Scheme, Required CPC training
