Your new company
A well-established organisation are seeking a temporary Administrator to join them on a 2-3 month basis.


Your new role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain the organisational structure in Connect and maintain core system configuration
  • Ensure any requests for elevated system access are reviewed, approved and implemented according to agreed processes
  • Triage incoming issues and provide end user support via agreed methods, investigating, analysing and resolving issues, ensuring users are fully informed
  • Liaise with other internal teams and elementsuite where their input is required for issue resolution
  • Support the People Systems Manager in adopting a continual improvement approach, working with the wider People Team to ensure the Connect system supports and enhances their processes
  • Maintain relevant system documentation and support the wider People team with communicating and training system functionality
  • Provide ad-hoc People Data reports and where needed, seek the support of the wider People Data team
  • Build real-time system alerts triggered by Connect data, to inform or prompt action
  • Support the People Systems Manager in obtaining and collating feedback from users
  • Perform the role of Data Coordinator for the Talent team

This position will be hybrid once training is completed. Working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills, and an understanding of the importance of safe and secure data retention.
  • Be keen to build your knowledge of systems and educate others to enhance their system capabilities and understanding.
  • Have the ability to provide information to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
