Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location:Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
Contract Details:Permanent, Full-Time
Salary:£25,400 - £26,500 per annum
Benefits & Perks:
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional 3 days off during Christmas shutdown

Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Manage inbound, replenishment, and outbound workflows including receiving materials, inventory management, and dispatching finished products.
- Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records in line with SAP levels.
- Ensure proper stock rotation to minimise aged stock.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the Operations team to meet production and customer order fulfilment targets.
Essential Skills
- Experience in a warehouse or similar operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Counterbalance Forklift License
