Our client based locally to Thames Ditton are looking for a client-focused individual to join their team, this role will have a combination of account management and project management duties. This role would suit someone who has worked in a sales environment before managing multiple projects!

Duties:

  • Manage changes to original project and communicate any changes
  • Maintain up to date records of project related data
  • Support the sales team with new quotes and opportunities
  • Client liaison and communication of project progress
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand the project priorities
  • Facilitate delivery of the project within the required scope and on time
  • Review the technical products and assist with testing/quality control
  • Balance and prioritise client projects as well as internal product development needs
  • Ensure the effective working of the development team
  • Meeting with clients to ensure needs are met
  • Potential to increase salary with commission on existing client accounts and any new business secured

Skills:

  • Previous project management experience
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Used to working towards tight deadlines
