Customer Service Administrator - £25,000 based in East Molesey, SurreyThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a niche market where full training will be provided.The successful candidate will be required to support existing customer portfolios, customer relationships and build new opportunities whilst reflecting the company’s culture and passion for their products. Attend and support b2b sales administrative and marketing including attending trade shows and customer meetings when required. Duties/attributes:
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of our product ranges, your customers, your competitors, and any activity that is happening within the industry.
  • Supporting Sales Admin where required
  • Manage and update company CRM (ACT)
  • To maintain and grow our customer base across the areas as indicated and to maximise the opportunities within those accounts.
  • Monitor and report on account performance in weekly reviews.
  • Work collaboratively across the business, sharing market and customer feedback.
  • Proactively contribute and support B2B communication product launches and promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions as required
  • Will have a working knowledge and exposure to the retail sector and experience working in a sales or customer facing, role.
  • Strong relationship builder can demonstrate familiarity communicating at various levels across different mediums, face to face, telephone and via email.
  • Willingness/interest to develop their sales skill set.
  • A commercial aptitude, and understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management software a bonus but not required
