Our client is a charity that has grown significantly and partner with hospitals, to offer support to families. Their mission is to reach more families with seriously ill children, letting them know they’re not alone.

Overview:

• Based in East Molesey
• £26,000 - £28,000 salary
• Hybrid (after probation period)
• Full time
• Pension

Job specification:

• Create, develop, and implement innovative ideas and strategies.
• Assist in the development and management of new corporate partnerships.
• Support the Corporate Lead in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential new corporate partners through continuous research.
• Manage and oversee the administrative tasks related to corporate fundraising.
• Perform additional duties as required that align with the scope and level of this position.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Lead to maximize both existing and new revenue streams, ensuring the achievement of the annual targets.
• Deliver exceptional partnership management through attentive stewardship and consistent, effective communication.

Person specification:

• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks proactively, and prioritise.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in both numeracy and literacy.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who can also independently plan and manage their workload.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM databases.
• Knowledge or experience in the charity sector.
• Familiarity with the Institute of Fundraising codes of practice.
• Experience in fundraising, account management, or sales within a client-facing environment.
