Reports to: Head of Childcare
A private nursery in Thames Ditton is seeking passionate and qualified Level 2 or 3 Childcare Educators to join its dedicated team. The nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for both children and staff.
About the Role:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, working a 4-day rota.
- The nursery is made up of 6 classrooms catering to different age groups.
- Open 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 18:30.
- The successful candidate will be part of a team of 35 staff members, supported by 2 deputies and 1 admin.
- Provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Support childrens learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Work collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare.
- Positive, kind, and willing to learn.
- Successful applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check and provide two satisfactory references.
- Competitive salary (£25,000 - £29,000).
