We are seeking a Membership Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic client based in KT area on an immediate Temporary to Permanent basis. This role is crucial for driving growth both through new member acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a background in fitness and sales, with a knack for delivering outstanding customer service and working effectively within a team to meet collective goals.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement effective campaigns to recruit new members.
- Conduct tours and sign up new members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Generate accurate reports using management software to track new joiners and analyse vital information including source data.
- Enhance the member journey by proactively identifying customer needs, addressing member concerns, and implementing creative communication strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Highly motivated and capable of motivating others.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Flexible to work shifts, including one weekend in four.
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000.
