As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business, with the potential to advance into a leadership or director-level role.
Role responsibilities
Reporting directly to the directors, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, with responsibilities including:
• Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans
• Produce Schedule of Works and Bill of Quantities
• Reviewing contractors’ tender returns and providing detailed cost Estimates
• Managing contract administration, valuations, final account process
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Experience
They are looking for a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor who shares our passion for excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in Quantity surveying, with significant expertise in the residential sector
• A record of successfully delivering projects, preferably in the super prime or prime residential sectors
• MRICS or MCIOB chartered status (or actively working towards this qualification
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and client relationship skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior colleagues
• Ambition and the drive to take on leadership responsibilities in the future

Package / Remuneration:
The remuneration package offered at this stage is subject to the experience of the candidate, but will likely include the following:
Basic Salary: Between £50,000 - £60,000
