As an Assistant Branch Merchandiser, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocations: Supporting the efficient allocation of stock to branches to ensure that stores are always well-stocked and products are available for customers.
  • Replenishment: Managing the replenishment process to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure that demand is met effectively.
  • Store Grading: Assisting with store grading to ensure that stock is correctly allocated to stores based on performance, size, and sales potential.
  • Analytical Reporting: Generating regular analytical reports to track sales trends, stock performance, and key KPIs, helping to inform future merchandising strategies.
  • Category Analysis: Carrying out detailed category analysis to assess product performance, identify opportunities, and support the overall product strategy.

The ideal Assistant Branch Merchandiser will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in retail merchandising. You should be comfortable working with data and have a good understanding of stock management processes.
