Accountant - ACCA / ACA Qualified Thatcham based £35,000 - £45,000 per annumButler Rose are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a qualified ACCA / ACA accountant to join a well-established and growing firm in Thatcham, Hampshire. Having come about due to company growth and success, this role will independently manage a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, completing year end accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax, and audit preparation. Requirements:

• Ideally you will be part ACCA / ACA qualified but nearly or newly qualified candidates will be considered dependent on previous experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years' experience working within a UK accountancy practice is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to work closely with clients.
• Experience preparing client accounts, VAT, and corporation tax.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of varied accounts clients.
• Prepare year-end accounts, VAT, and corporation tax.
• Liaise with clients directly to answer financial queries and review accounts.
