A client of ours who are a global distributor of electronics are on the look out for a Quality Engineer to join their growing organisation.

This individual will be working closely with the Group Quality Manager to help deal with day-to-day quality issues and lead the internal audit programme.

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years experience within a Quality role
  • Knowledge of AS9120 or ISO9001
  • Internal auditing to AS9120 or ISO9001
  • Core quality tools: 8D, RCA, 5 Why's etc.
  • Experience writing procedures

Desirables:

  • A keen interest in Electronics
  • Lead auditor certified

Responsibilities:

  • Review specifications for products and processes
  • Lead internal audit programme
  • Help develop effective QC procedures and processes based on customer requirements
  • Work with the Group Quality Manager to update and improve processes and procedures
