Roc Search's client are currently seeking a Design Manager to join their growing team in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking customer inquiries from initial concept through to manufacture including the management of a Design function.

To be considered you will have the following experience:

- Mechanical design experience

- Automotive experience - Components (gearboxes, powertrain, engines etc.)

- Management experience
