- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand affection and performance.
- Conducting market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborating with agency partners to deliver market-leading innovative brand and social campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

The successful Brand Marketing Manager - Lifestyle and Trends should have the following expertise;
- Experience in a brand and/or marketing management role within an FMCG arena; with a passion for trends, culture and lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Hands on experience in agency management, ATL communications planning and brand activation projects.
