The Senior Brand Manager, FTC will manage and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and performance within the FMCG sector. The role will require strategic and operational experience, excellent stakeholder management experience and ideally exposure to working on innovation and packaging too. This role will be based in Berkshire 3 or 4 days per week, on a 12 month FTC contract.

The successful Senior Brand Manager, FTC will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implement brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and a strong pipeline for innovation.
  • Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products.
  • Overseeing the creation of creative marketing materials that align with brand strategy.
  • Managing new product development projects & relaunches on the market;

Profile

A successful Senior Brand Manager, FTCshould have:

  • Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent examples of driving cross functional relationships.
  • Hands-on examples of innovation management and working on packaging projects.
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity.
