They are first and foremost a country dining pub, and their ethos is simple the very best ingredients, cooked simply, cooked well.
The position is a senior cdp ..but the hierarchy is a little odd in that they are quite top heavy with a brigade of 8, 6 of whom are cdp or above, so all the cdps are effectively junior sous
Hierarchy is also irrelevant they just want to work with nice people if you fit in character wise then you will get on great and progress naturally
The salary is £32k plus around £7.5k in tronc
Live in is at £120 per week
