You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies to drive customer retention and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise loyalty programmes.
- Analysing customer data and insights to inform and improve loyalty initiatives.
- Managing and monitoring the loyalty programme budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Developing and maintain effective relationships with key partners and vendors.
- Coordinating with the marketing and agency team to integrate loyalty initiatives across channels.
- Keeping abreast of retail industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an FMCG/Retail business
- Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes
- Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret customer data and insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the retail industry and its trends.
