Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 7pm until 6am

Gear Cutter ResponsibilitiesAs a Gear Cutter, your responsibilities will include:

Setting and operating Gear Cutting / Hobbing machines.
Booking on and off work orders.
Self-inspecting components to ensure quality standards.
Cleaning and deburring components for precision and presentation.

Gear Cutter RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should have:

Several years setting and operating conventional and CNC Gear Cutting machines.
Ideally Hands-on experience with Pfauter / Gleason machines featuring Bosch/Siemens controls.
Familiarity with Klingelberg bevel cutters and gear checkers (ideal but not essential).
Proficiency in self-inspection and using measuring tools to ensure components meet tight tolerances.
