- Deal with housing-related customer queries
- Provide support via phone, email, & digital channels
- Engage in case management for tenancy issues
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment
You'll need the following:
- Experience in housing & customer service
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate
- Effective problem-solving skills with a risk-aware approach
- Confident IT skills
