Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant based in inclusive Primary school in Thatcham. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in supporting KS1/KS2 students and could be a stepping stone to a teaching career.
Role Details:
- Location:Thatcham
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm
- Contract: 12 months (Term Time Only)
- Pay: £83.50 - £90 per day, based on experience
- Driving Licence: Preferred
- Visa: Note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates
About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in Thatcham, you will be responsible for supporting the educational and developmental needs of KS1/KS2 students. This role involves safeguarding and monitoring student progress, creating a supportive learning environment, and assisting with daily classroom activities.

Requirements:
- Recent Psychology graduate with an interest in education
- Experience or knowledge of KS1/KS2 educational stages is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Driving licence preferred
- Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
