Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves travelling to various client sites across Oxford, Windsor, Basingstoke, and Thatcham. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment within commercial office environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building fabric.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including reports and documentation.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5) to provide emergency support outside regular working hours.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably in a commercial office setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to travel across the designated areas and occasionally to London.
