Field Service Engineer - Lab Automation

Salary: £40k - £47k + Bonus + Vehicle + OEM Training

In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:

  • Conducting servicing and repairs on a diverse array of equipment.
  • Crafting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) test protocols.
  • Continuous learning and development as well as high quality manufacturer training on an impressive range of labs devices.
  • Installing new equipment at various sites and providing operator training.

 

A suitable Field Service Engineer would need:

  • A minimum of HNC/ONC or degree in electronics, mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
  • 2+ years’ experience in a field service engineer position within a labs or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of Liquid Handling and lab automation systems (Desirable)
  • Experience with Analytical instrumentation (HPLC, LCMS, etc...) (Desirable)
  • Full UK driving License and right to work.
