We are seeking a skilled Clamp Truck Forklift Driver to join our team in Thatcham. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.
Day to day of the role:- Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods and materials.
- Maintain equipment by keeping it clean and in good working order.
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.
- Perform routine pre-inspections to ensure equipment is suitable for use.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Excellent physical condition and coordination.
- Valid certification to operate forklifts.
- Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum.
- Structured shift patterns allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

- Monday to Thursday: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am
- Friday: 6am – 11.30am, 11.30am – 5pm, 5pm – 10.30pm
- Alternate shift patterns including nights – 37.5-hour week.
