Plumber Multi Traders Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in properties
- Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks, and associated equipment
- Install new pipework, taps, and kitchen sinks
- Repair water mains supplies, heating systems, drainage, and domestic appliances
- Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
- Conduct basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks as needed
Plumber Multi Trader Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or at least 5 years of experience in the trade
- Strong customer service skills, with experience working in occupied premises
- Health and safety awareness and knowledge of best practices
- Ability to use mobile technology (iPad/PDA)
- A current CSCS card is desirable
- Full, clean driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience
Plumber Multi Trader Details:
- 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-outs
- Permanent role with a salary of 35,000 per annum available
- Subject to a satisfactory driving license check, qualifications check, and basic DBS disclosure
