Personal Injury Solicitor NQ - 10 Years PQE - Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Solicitor with a specialist practice in Berkshire. Applications are welcome from NQ Solicitors through to Grade A Litigators.

The Successful Personal Injury Solicitor will offer previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters, and have a passion for gaining the best possible outcome for their Clients. Experience in personal injury, and litigating fast-track matters is highly desirable.

The Role

  • Managing own caseload of litigated personal injury matters that are outside the portal
  • Acting for claimants in Employers Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents
  • Providing support and liaising with Portal caseworkers to identify claims likely to be outside of the portal
  • Judging liability on Portal cases and deciding whether litigation is appropriate
  • Working within procedural and funding guidelines
  • Provide support to the partners and colleagues where required

Applications are welcome from Personal Injury Solicitors with:

  • A clean and current practising certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with personal injury matters, including files within and outside the portal
  • Previous experience of Litigation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
