Mobile HVAC Engineer - Facilities Management - Berkshire - 45,500 plus van plus excellent benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working on prestigious clients' sites in the Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol

Salary: 45,500 plus Van plus excellent benefits

Benefits to include: Company van, 125 on call, 25 Days Holiday + BH, Company Pension, Private Healthcare, Company Sick Pay, Flex Benefits scheme.

Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including:
    -HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
    -Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
    -Building management Systems
    -AHU Plant and associated Equipment
  • Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
  • To work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
  • To complete site work order documentation to required site standards.

The successful candidate:

  • Solid background Working in a HVAC Engineering role.
  • Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration Qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate.
  • FGAS qualification is essential.
  • Electrically qualified or competent
  • Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Refrigerant handling certification
  • Knowledge of Permit to Work System.
  • Ability to sustain effective relationships
  • Some Knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
  • A Full UK Driving licence.
