Location: Thatcham, UK
Salary: 18,000 - 24,000 per year (pro-rata - 83.50 - 90 per day)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (39 weeks per academic year, 08:30am - 3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant - Thatcham:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons in this education and training role.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
- Support students' social and emotional development
- Assist with lesson preparation, administrative tasks, and school activities
Who We're Looking For:
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential - full training is provided!
- SEN experience is a bonus but not required
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) is advantageous
