- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process
- Develop new business through networking and actively seeking new opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient and seamless client experience
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing, handling complex transactions
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new clients and opportunities
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing skills, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
- A proactive team player, committed to building effective and trusting relationships
