Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you will:
- Oversee Complex Transactions: Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
- Advise Investors: Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios.
- Navigate Shared Ownership: Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities.
- Handle Re-mortgaging: Manage refinancing transactions with efficiency and expertise.
- Mentorship: Support and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Your Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor: Minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently
- Client-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through intricate property transactions
- Leadership Skills: Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth
- Business Development: Aptitude for marketing and expanding client relationships is advantageous.
