The Operation Director / Site Director will be a key player in driving the Engineering & Manufacturing department's success in our FMCG company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to lead all functions of the business, excluding Finance and further develop our team.

Description
A successful Operations Director/ Site Director should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (Food or Beverage Manufacturing)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Lives in Berkshire and has their own vehicle (on-site M-F business type hours)
