I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an experienced Fit Out Manager for their major residential scheme based in Berkshire. The scheme compromises of over 150 RC frame residential units.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal fit out of around units, taking them from first fix stage through to handover. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the internal fit out, ensuring programme is being met, writing weekly reports, managing subcontractors on site and ensuring health and safety is being met. The ideal candidate must have worked for tier 1 residential main contractors/residential developers and must be able to delivery units to a timely fashion.
This is a 12 month role, payments made via CIS and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
