This is a permanent position, you will be working for a client based in Southampton, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be based in Southampton/Winchester ideally, this is for projects already secured for after this project finishes.

The project in Thatcham is assisted living, demo and a shop, 52 week contract, looking for a number 1 Site Manager, to lead from start to finish, with a proven track record.

Must have CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, as a minimum for this role.
