As the Design Assurance Specialist, you will serve as the critical link between our Design Team and IT & Digital Department. Your role will be central to implementing cutting-edge technologies, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in design delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the design team.
- Develop and implement innovative technologies to optimise site design processes.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Digital departments to align on process improvements and transformation goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify key areas where technology can streamline workflows.
- Drive future design strategies that leverage technology for better efficiency and results.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in mobile telecoms site design.
- Strong understanding of improving and streamlining design processes through technology.
- Previous experience in a digital transformation program.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think critically and implement change.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
