A leading manufacturer with over sixty years of expertise in telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, and other accessories. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in processing customer orders and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Process customer purchase orders efficiently.•   Upload invoices to customer portals and ensure accuracy.•   Investigate any customer queries in collaboration with the warehouse manager.•   Liaise with the accounts department on customer matters and credit control issues.•   Respond promptly to customer queries and emails.•   Perform additional office duties as necessary to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Previous experience in sales processing, particularly with Amazon sales orders and queries.•   Proficient in SAP, specifically SAP Business by Design.•   Ability to respond effectively to customer calls and emails.•   Strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.•   Commitment to providing excellent customer service.•   Flexible and positive team attitude.•   Excellent communication skills.•   Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.•   Friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for working with people.
