My client is looking for an IT Software Support Analyst to join their team ASAP - This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded technology provider.
THE ROLE:
As an IT Software Support Analyst, you will be working closely with end customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You'll use a ticketing system to prioritise and address customer problems, assisting non-technical users with diagnostic tests, reconfiguring products, or recommending third-party solutions. When needed, you will escalate unresolved issues to developers. You'll be expected to work independently, but within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong IT skills with hands-on experience in data deployment, SQL, web apps, and Microsoft IIS.
- Basic coding knowledge is beneficial.
- A background in IT, computer science, or a related field is desirable.
- A proactive, 'can do' attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of both the team and the company.
