This position involves technical and customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on building relationships and driving new feature development, especially in the field of cybersecurity. Although the engineering team possesses cybersecurity expertise, they require someone to lead this area of development from a Product Management perspective. Currently, there is a gap in technical understanding that this role aims to fill.
Responsibilities:
- Establish expertise in the product, focusing on security aspects,
- Manage, support, and enhance product(s) throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct technical presentations with customers and partners.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their pain points and requirements.
- Define user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Analyse customer feedback and usage data to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Technical acumen to guide product development.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall/Lean methodologies.
- Security knowledge
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to C-level audiences.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful tech products.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work across teams.
- Basic scripting knowledge and experience with Linux
- Atlassian, Confluence, and Salesforce
- Defining hardware server specifications
- Familiarity with AI, storage and cloud technologies
Position: Product Manager
Location: WFH anywhere from within the UK
Salary: 70-90k + 10% bonus.
