Production Shift Manager

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000

Shifts: Double Days

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Shift Manager to join our team in Thatcham, Berkshire. If you have a passion for excellence in manufacturing, team management, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support Line Leaders in achieving shift objectives.
  • Manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage employee relations.
  • Attend internal meetings, represent production insights, and coordinate with departments.
  • Uphold Health and Safety protocols and Hygiene Standards, including HACCP compliance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Ensure all Production KPIs are met to maintain efficiency and quality.
