You will handle any discrepancies, assist with vehicle condition reports, and keep records updated for Finance, Sales, and Production. You will also stay informed about vehicle specifications and pricing, manage sub-contractors, negotiate costs, and process purchase orders. Additionally, you will allocate vehicles from sales orders and ensure they are released with the required dates.THE ROLE:

  • Order vehicles on time to support production and ensure timely deliveries from suppliers.
  • Inspect and log vehicles, handling any discrepancies and assisting with vehicle condition reports.
  • Keep records updated for Finance, Sales, and Production.
  • Stay informed about vehicle specifications and pricing, and manage sub-contractors and purchase orders.
  • Allocate vehicles from sales orders and ensure they are released with the required dates.

THE PERSON:

  • Purchasing Administrator or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAGE 200
  • Commutable to Thatcham
