This medium sized new build developer requires a competent Surveyor to join their team to look after circa 3 projects at any one time.

They are not a volume build developer, but developments can vary in size. Sites can vary in build also, elements of refurb, trad new build and timber frame new build etc.

Ideally (but not a necessity) the successful candidate will live in the Reading area, be predominantly based at Head office and visit projects when required.
