Job Role: Site Consultant
Reports to: Cluster Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.
Location: Thatcham, West Berkshire

Introduction & Job Purpose


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge-trg.

Working on site at our clients in Thatcham. You will manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. You will need to build a strong relationship with the shift leaders and the agency colleagues to meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Recruitment & Induction of new agency employees
  • Attend daily meetings with the client's team managers to agree requirements.
  • Complete shift bookings
  • Complete payroll, holiday bookings and other admin tasks
  • Complete floor walks to check H&S and hygiene procedures are being followed.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
  • Good understanding of Excel & Word (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships.
  • Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Own vehicle essential
