This is a very well established family run business, with years of trading history, who work within the engineering / manufacturing sector that is aimed at equipment for hospitals and funeral homes.

It's a small team with a great reputation in their market place, and they are looking for a key individual to join the busy sales and customer service office.

You will be responsible for taking calls and responding to emails from customers that require an engineer call out to repair their equipment. You will also be contacting customers to arrange their yearly maintenance schedule.

This role requires excellent attention to detail as you will be entering data on to an excel spreadsheet, referring to serial numbers and purchase orders and scheduling appointments for engineers. Accuracy is vital!

You will be dealing with customers and engineers both by telephone and email so communication skills are important.

Ideally you will be from a customer service or sales administration role where you will have been scheduling engineer appointments.

Strong excel and general MS office skills essential.
