Keystream are working with a leading care home provider specializing in specialist clinical services based in the South of the UK. My client have a mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the needs of their patients, due to a soon to be vacant post they are urgently seeking interim support to join their team.

Job Summary:
The Care Home Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. You will provide strong leadership, support the clinical teams with your management expertise, and have a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of care and quality of life for their residents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the specialist clinical service care home.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of residents.
  • Work with the Medical Director and nursing teams to manage care provision, rotas, costs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and support a team of health care professionals, including nurses, OT's and associated care staff.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
  • Liaise with health care professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home or similar setting (Elderly / Specialist Care).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, engaging and positive management style.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Excellent competitive daily rate dependant on experience circa £300 - £350 per day.
